Blip Operators and Type Conversions

The Blip type exposes the following members.

	Name	Description
	Equality	Determines whether the the first Blip instance represents the same blip as the second Blip instance.
	(Blip to Boolean)
	Inequality	Determines whether the the first Blip instance represents a different blip than the second Blip instance.
